Our cantina prides itself on its combination of traditional winemaking
methods and new technologies that have been painstakingly tested and selected.
Our process includes low-pressure crushing and filtering equipment, and
large steel vats for controlled-temperature fermentation, maturing,
refinement, and storage. Small french oak barrels are used to age our
reserve wines. The result is a selection of wines of consistently high
quality. Constant interchange with our ever-growing and increasingly-demanding
clientele, both local and international, enable us to continuously refine
our wines.
